  1. This service is for returning patients only; this service is not applicable to new patients.
  2. Proof of Covid-19 infection, such as positive result from self rapid antigen test, positive nucleic acid test report or positive notice of saliva test, is required
  3. Patients can arrange for a healthy family member or friend to collect medicines at the Hospital on their behalf

Who can use the Telemedicine services at St Teresa's Hospital?

  • For patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years old. Accompanying adults must present ID to medical staff at the start of the video consultation
Can I book for another person?
  • Yes, you may book for another person upon provision of necessary information for registration
What payment methods are accepted for the Telemedicine consultation fee of HK$180?

When do you need to settle the consultation fee of HK$180?
  • After you received booking confirmation email, please complete the payment of HK$180 on the same day, otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.
How do I get the medicine after the video consultation?
  • Please approach the OPD Cashier located at G/F of North Wing to settle payment by showing “Booking Confirmation” Email.
  • Then, collect the drugs at the Out-Patient Pharmacy by showing the official receipt.
Can I use medical vouchers or make an insurance claim?
  • Not applicable for Medical Card or Letter of Guarantee issued from insurance companies and Health Care Voucher.
How do I know my appointment request has been confirmed?
  • After receiving the confirmation email, the patient needs to complete the prepaid consultation fee of HK$180 to secure your appointment, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.
  • For any enquiries, please contact us at 2200-3250 / 2200-3251 during office hours.
Can I change or cancel my confirmed appointment?
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, whereas cancellation, reshedulling, transfer or refund will not be accepted.
If I fail to attend the video consultation at the scheduled time, can I get the refund?
  • No. If you fail to attend at the scheduled time (after 3 attempts to connect with you), we will NOT refund the payment and will under no circumstances be liable for the costs or expenses arising therefrom or any impact on your medical condition.
Are there any delivery services?
  • There are no delivery services.
