  1. The Covid-19/Fever(Paediatrics) Special Clinic is for consultation only, do not include laboratory, imaging and inpatient services.
  2. Except for the designated area of the Covid-19/Fever(Paediatrics) Special Clinic, patients are not allowed to enter other areas of the Hospital.
  3. If patient is late for the scheduled appointment, he/she may need to wait for the next available time slot or subject to possible rescheduling.
  4. If necessary, medical staff may request the patient to undergo the RAT again on the designated spot. You can purchase the self rapid antigen test kit of $120 through vending machine.
  5. All persons are required to wear surgical masks at all times in the Hospital. Those who do not comply with this rule will be asked to leave.
  6. Please note that the above-mentioned arrangements are subject to change in accordance with the epidemic situation without prior notice and the Hospital reserves the rights for final decision.

Can I use medical vouchers or make an insurance claim?
  • Not applicable for Medical Card or Letter of Guarantee issued from insurance companies and Health Care Voucher.
How do I know my appointment request has been confirmed?
  • After you received booking confirmation email, please complete the payment of consultation fee of HK$ 180 on the same day, and return email by capturing screen shot of payment slip.
Can I change or cancel my confirmed appointment?
  • Once the payment is made, the appointment is confirmed, whereas cancellation, rescheduling, transfer or refund will not be accepted.

If I fail to attend the physical consultation at the scheduled time, can I get the refund?
  • No. If you fail to attend at the scheduled time, we will NOT refund the payment and will under no circumstances be liable for the costs or expenses arising therefrom or any impact on your medical condition.
