The mission of the School is to deliver high quality nursing education programme with emphasis on practical application, by echoing the Paulinian Hospital Ministry Philosophy through Christian spirit of faith, hope and love.

The School of Nursing was founded in 1969. We believe that nursing is an ongoing process of human interaction in giving comprehensive care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Physical and biological sciences, as well as social skills, are nurtured and developed in the training to meet the complex and creative functions of a professional nurse.

The strategic goal of St. Teresa’s Hospital School of Nursing is to improve the health of individuals and the local community through leadership and excellence in nursing education. With the support of the Mother Superior of the Congregation of the Soeurs de Saint Paul de Chartres (Hong Kong), we aim to enhance excellence in teaching and practice by student-centered learning. We offer innovative, high quality academic programmes to prepare enrolled nurse students at the higher diploma level to meeting changing health needs of the local community.
